Composite Raised Deck Design

I'm looking for a licensed Structural Engineer in Minnesota to design a deck. The primary purpose of the deck will be relaxation and lounging. The deck frame will be made of Prowood Trueframe lumber. My main concern is a 11.5ft cantilever from the house that the deck frame needs to be framed around. I would like to not use posts there if possible. Please see attachment for a rough sketch of the deck. Deck will be 9 ft off the ground.

Requirements:
- Design must meet Minnesota building codes and regulations
- Use of high-quality composite materials
- Structural integrity for safety and durability
- Aesthetically pleasing design suitable for a relaxation space

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- MN Structural Engineering License
- Experience with composite material designs
- Strong knowledge of local building codes
- Previous deck design experience
