Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
I need a structural design for a 1st floor extension for building a 3 bed apartment, I would like a quote based on the following
TRIAL HOLE.
1. Site visit , existing foundation assessment & preliminary structural proposals
to assess exiting structural format
inspect pre-dug trial holes
assessment of existing foundations to support additional loads.
Preparation of schematic structural layout / proposals prior to detailed design
2. Provisional fee for detailed structural design of the proposed works
Foundation (assuming traditional mass concrete).
Timber Frame
Steel Frame & associated connections
Isolated steelwork
Padstones
