Commercial Steel Building Structural Analysis

I'm seeking a structural engineer experienced in using RISA 3D for the analysis and design of a commercial steel building.
Key Requirements:
- Analysis and design of beams, columns, and masonry walls
- Proficient with RISA 3D software
- Prior experience with commercial building projects
- Understanding of California's construction codes and standards
If you are skilled in structural engineering, particularly with steel and masonry buildings, and have a solid understanding of RISA 3D, I would love to hear from you.
Revit models are available to use for reference as well.

Revit exports that give a jumpstart for modeling are linked here. Most of your work will be tidying up everything and doing the loading. I have an example RISA model here that I would want you to use as the standard to emulate.
