I am assembling a professional portfolio that showcases my expertise in commercial building work, and I need fresh, high-quality drawings created from scratch. The portfolio must demonstrate both architectural design flair and solid structural detailing, all produced in AutoCAD and Revit so the final set feels industry-ready rather than academic.

Here is what I expect:
• A small collection of concept-level commercial projects—office blocks, retail shells, or mixed-use spaces—each presented through coordinated Revit models and polished AutoCAD sheets.
• For every project, floor plans, elevations, sections, and a concise structural layout that makes my understanding of load paths and framing clear.
• Consistent graphic standards, title blocks, and annotation so the portfolio reads as a unified body of work.
• A compiled PDF booklet ready for digital sharing and a folder with the native .dwg and .rvt files.

I’ll provide overall brief notes (site size, storey count, target materials) once we start; you transform them into drawings that stand up to peer review. The work is complete when the PDF looks publishable and all source files open cleanly in current AutoCAD and Revit versions.
