Cleveland Ohio area. Structural Engineer to evaluate 51-year-old home unfinished basement for water and foundation issues prior to finishing

I have concerns about the soundness of my basement that is unfinished. I have received quotes to fix it from two different people (non-engineers). I want an assessment from an engineer who will not be involved in fixing whatever is found. 51 year house with signs of water in portion of concern. White on walls and darkening from bottom upwards. No visitable water but areas where it appears water previously was and left marks.
