UK Chartered Engineer Stamp for a 2 story house steel construction
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a residential scheme that now requires a formal structural-integrity calculation report to satisfy UK Building Regulations. All preliminary calcs and drawings are already complete, so I will forward the full pack (PDFs and editable files) for your review.
Your role is to:
• Audit my existing structural calculations and drawings for compliance.
• Amend or re-run any calculations you feel are missing or insufficient.
• Issue a signed, stamped calculation report on your own headed paper, accompanied by your current Professional Indemnity insurance certificate.
Acceptance criteria
1. Report must reference the latest UK Building Regulations and relevant Eurocodes/BS standards.
2. Your Chartered Engineer registration number and PI details appear on the cover sheet.
3. A digital stamp and signature are provided in PDF; a hard copy may be requested by Building Control.
4. Turnaround no later than five working days after you receive the files.
Only UK-registered Chartered Engineers with valid PI cover should bid—please indicate that you can immediately share proof of insurance.
