Certify Drilled LVL Beam

Accidentally drilled a series of 1.25-inch holes through a load-bearing LVL beam in the basement of a new build. I need formal confirmation that the member still meets the strength to carry the load.
Please analyse the beam, and LVL manufacturer data, and provide a stamped letter or report. If reinforcing is required, include drawings and concise installation notes that a local contractor can follow. Autocad or PDF format is fine for any sketches.
