Certified Deck Rebuild Plans for Permit
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a skilled professional who can help me with the following project:
- Drawing up certified and STAMPED plans by licensed engineer for a deck rebuild. The deck will be the same size as before, 16'×45', and will include a railguard and a small upper balcony. The deck will be made of composite materials, #2 PT, Cable railguard.
- The plans should include the required elements for a safe and sturdy deck, including a ledger, drop beam, and pilings.
- Additional features will also need to be included in the plans. These include stair access to to a landing that will provide access to a gangway for a boat dock.
Ideal candidates for this job should have experience in deck construction and design, as well as a certification to provide STAMPED plans for permit purposes. Experience with composite materials would be a plus. You should also be able to incorporate additional features such as stairways effectively into the deck design.
