We have Development Approval (DA25/0624) from the City of Cockburn for a six-bay undercover detached carport at 1 Altona Street, Bibra Lake WA. The DA conditions require stormwater design, compliance with AS/NZS standards, and permit-ready drawings.
Scope of Work:
Structural design & calculations (AS/NZS 1170, 4100/4600, 3600).
Foundation design (pad or pier) with stormwater compliance per DA (1 in 20 year, 5-minute storm).
Hand calc pack (PDF) suitable for certification.
Revit model (2023+) with:
GA plan, elevations, sections, 3D iso.
Structural foundation schedule.
Connection details (beam-to-post, base plates, anchors).
Permit-ready drawings (PDF/DWG) that align with the DA conditions.
