Camm house structural

Hi i need structural drawings for planning permission / building control in the UK for a house extension, and the re configuration of the existing house including the removal of a non load bearing wall, the addition of new bi fold doors and new roof, the new roof will be designed and built off site with structural calculations included by the supplier, the existing walls will however need to be adapted to take the load of the new roof on one side of the existing house.
