remodelling and loft conversion of semi detached bungalow. I have all CAD drawings of proposed plans with photos and can email to you if you have a reasonable lead time. I will need:-
1. Structural survey
2. Any necessary calculations
3. Preparation of drawings for building control which detail structural alterations
4. Specifications for any new beams, joists and supports
