CMU Building, Foundation and Slab Finite Element method Analysis & Soil strengthening design -- 2

The assignment include structural analysis/design check of small 16000 ft commercial CMU with steel roof frame building, which has foundation/floor slab issues on one side, due to probably low bearing capacity. The interior slab show cracks, and the footer under the wall and the soil under the building need to be stabilized. Geotech report shows bearing capacity of 2ksf, and the footer design has been done for 3ksf, hence the issues. We will need to check the structural design of the building. NO structural drawings will be needed, However, FEA detailed analysis for the building, footers and retaining wall will be needed. If the design is deficient, I will need details/drawings for soil stabilization (soil nailing, grouting and specs0 for repairing slab or footers will be needed based on analysis.

The assignment is to do a FEM analysis/design check for the complete building as built STRUCTURAL FRAME and the existing footers/slab/soil to check for any foundation/slab/footer failure and prepare a foundation, soil, slab strengthening design analysis and drawings for any footers/slab that need to be strengthened.The interior slab show cracks, and the footer under the wall and the soil under the building need to be stabilized. We will need to check the structural design of the building. The engineer will submit all analysis results, and any repair design/details for the floor slab/footers both in pdf & CAD. The calculations, analysis and any remedial design will be reviewed by a USA based engineer, and you will fix any/all comments in your analysisi/design/calculations. I will need a complete result of FEM building and foundtaion, retaining wall analysis, underslab stresses, moments, deflections, , structural frame existing safety and cracked section analysis including any soil stabilization using grouting, soil nailing, slab strengthening, pin piles, etc. based on existing as-built condition, before we will pay the final payment.
