CMU Building, Foundation and Slab Finite Element method Analysis & Soil strengthening design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The assignment include a commercial CMU with steel roof frame building, which has minor foundation issues. The assignment is to do a FEM analysis check of existing footers/slab/soil and prepare a strengthening design analysis and drawings for any footers/slab that need to be strengthened.The interior slab show cracks, and the footer under the wall and the soil under the building need to be stabilized. Geotech report shows bearing capacity of 2ksf, and the footer design has been done for 3ksf.
I need an expert licensed geotech/structural engineer with prior experience of providing soil, footers/slab FEM analysis and strengtheing analysis of soil with drawings if any needed ( including presurre grouting, job specs, any repair drawings, and calculations to stabilize the foundation, soil under and a retaing wall next to the building. I am attaching few sections , which show the possible cause. A retaining wall next to the building need to be possibly strengthened too.
I will need a complete result of FEM analysis, underslab stresses, moments, deflections, and cracked section analysis including any stabilization using grouting, pin piles, etc.
