Need a certified engineered site plane for 1.2 acre property. Would like to add a metal structure 2000-2500 sq ft. Open floor plan. M/ FM bathrooms handicapped accessable. Parking lot / drive way. Site plan to code for water , sewer, fire, etc. CERTFIED to pass local town ordinances. Also, site will have designated area's for food truck's to park with power supplied. approx 10-12 gravel pads.
