Eight plan sheets for a small Boca Raton project are ready for permit but were delayed because the previous reviewer lacked a Florida license. I now need a Florida-registered structural engineer whose digital signature is already on file with the City of Boca Raton. The drawings themselves have not changed since that earlier review, so the task is limited to a compliance check and the application of your FL PE structural stamp to the building plans.
Deliverable
• Single PDF set (8 pages) digitally signed and sealed with your Florida PE number, date, and tamper-proof signature, formatted for immediate upload to the city’s e-Plan portal.
Acceptance criteria
• Signature passes the City of Boca Raton’s electronic verification on first submission.
• No design edits unless a code issue is discovered; if something needs correction, notify me before stamping.
• Turnaround preferred within 48 hours so we can make up lost time.
