Blueprints

I need blueprints for renovation. I need plans that show measurements, engineering/structure, materials to be used, and specifications for foundation, footers under deck, deck, 2 bathrooms, and two additional rooms.

Looking for plans to 1) get building department approval, and 2) allow builder to follow to complete the addition/renovation.
