Blind Peer Review of Bridge Inspection Report
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
A volunteer structural engineer, (with a current MD license and an ax to grind), performed an inspection of a footbridge in our community. We ask for a peer review according to the following criteria:
1. Conformity to relevant professional standards for Professional Engineers, U.S. and Maryland and foot bridges
2. Completeness of the inspection
3. Quality of the report
4. Objectivity and bias
5. How well methods and data support analyses, conclusions and recommendations
6. Errors and Omissions, e.g., Fact, the bridge is located between 8930 and 8941 Falls Farm Dr. 8932 Falls Farm Dr. does not exist
7. Should the Board seek a second opinion?
