Blast Opening #1

I have a Cast in Place wall with 4000 psi concrete, that has been designed to manage specific Blast Ratings. I have a Door Opening that has been designed to manage the same blast ratings. In that door opening, there is a Steel "C" Channel that is to be Embedded into the Cast in Place Concrete Wall, for the Door Frame to be welded. I need to get a Design/Calculations as to what would be required to Keep the Embedded "C" Channel "In Place" . (ie: Nelson Studs or some other type of Anchor). These anchorage points must be pre-installed onto the Structural C Channel. Resistance of the anchorage shall be determined per ACI 318, Appendix D, assuming cracked concrete. All other factors must comply with UFC 3-340-02. ( Drawings / Details / Specifications will be provided as required for the Design.
