I am currently designing for a significant renovation of a three story house in Bayview on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The work will involve some new structural elements including some transfer beams to carry some of the top floor load and allow some existing load bearing posts to be removed.
I am looking for structural design and drawings to be performed to allow CDC Certification of the proposed renovation.
