Basement basketball court

I am adding a 32' x 44' addition to my home. It is a single.story over a basement with 9' walls using Reddiform ICF. (6" core, screen grid). 8' of unbalanced fill. Sand and Rock, no clay. Id like to put a basketball court in the basement by leaving the main floor off of 28' of the 44'. Width would be 15' 6. Id like to use 2x6 framing on top of the icf. Trusses will sit on top and span the width of 32'. 24" oc. I am looking to see if this will work. I had planned on #5 rebar vertically in every core which is about 9.5oc and #4 horizontally ever 12". I just dont know if there is enough lateral support at the roof for the wall height. Footer is 20" wide and 20" thick.
