Basement Remodel with Structural Engineering

We just need engineering to add the window and stairs to an existing home in Cedar Hills. Unfortunately, I don't have architectural drawings for this and only have these 3 images the homeowner put together. We'll need the plan stamped as well as stamped structural calcs for the newly cut window, door, and a retaining wall. For the stairs.... I think we should extend the retaining wall to go past the window so it serves as the retaining for the stairs as well as a window well for the newly cut window. The window on the left is existing. The new window opening is 47.25” x 38” and is located 10” below the top of the basement foundation.

You must be a Structural Engineer with a valid, current license registered with Utah DOPL.
