Balcony structural calculations stamped and dated by Licensed Structural Engineer in US
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I own apartment building in Villa Park, IL. The village asked me to replace a balcony as the existing cantilever balcony wooden beams have deteriorated. My architect made a detailed architectural drawing for the balcony. Now village wants "Structural calculations" shown by a structural engineer to approve the permit. Its a overkill for 5X10 feet balcony. But no choice. Please find a structural engineer to provide the "Structral calculations" for the balcony. I will share the architecture drawing for the balcony.
