Arizona Residential Construction Permit Assistance
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
requesting a quote for full structural design services for a residential home we’re planning to build. I’ll be providing the CAD files and renderings of the home to support the scope of work.
In addition to the structural design, we’ll also need to include basic HVAC details—specifically, the type of unit and a basic ductwork layout.
We are only looking for structural support at this time, as site planning, drainage, and grading are already being handled separately. The design package will be submitted to Maricopa County in Arizona as part of our building permit application. Looking to get a quote and how long it will take.
