Architect (AutoCAD)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have a clean AutoCAD DWG of the floor plan; what I need now is the rest of the package that a Florida city building department will stamp “Approved.” Your task is to build out a fully coordinated, fully editable drawing set that satisfies current Florida Building Code requirements without placing any of your own title blocks, logos, or identifying marks on the sheets.
The completed package must include:
• Architectural: all exterior elevations, roof plan, schedules, details, general notes
• Structural: foundation plan with all footings, slab and reinforcement details, roofing framing layout, wind-load and uplift call-outs ready for engineer review
• MEP: HVAC ducting and equipment layout, electrical power/lighting plans with panel schedules, plumbing supply & waste layouts, risers and fixture schedules
• Sheet-level specifications and keyed notes necessary for permit reviewers to verify code compliance
Acceptance criteria
1. Every line, note, label and dimension remains natively editable in AutoCAD (no pasted images or exploded PDFs).
2. Drawings reference the latest Florida Building Code, energy and wind-load requirements; use the correct terminology and notation expected by local jurisdictions.
3. Files delivered in DWG format only, grouped logically by discipline and ready for my engineer to open without further conversion.
4. No consultant names, company logos or proprietary borders anywhere in the files—only the project information I supply.
If you are fluent in Florida permitting standards and comfortable producing clean, professional construction documents, I’m ready to share the base DWG and kick off immediately.
