Alabama Concrete Home Structural Review

Seeking an Alabama-licensed structural engineer. 20' × 32' concrete house with cast-in-place reinforced concrete roof slab spanning approximately 20 feet between exterior walls and fully grouted reinforced CMU walls with continuous reinforcement. Intended as a tied concrete/masonry shell with continuous load paths and greater wind resistance than typical local residential construction. Formal wind rating is not required.

Looking for engineering review and refinement of an existing concept rather than a complete redesign.
