ANSYS Structural Component Analysis
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a complete structural evaluation carried out in ANSYS Workbench for a mechanical component that is already modeled. The task is strictly structural—no thermal or fluid-flow coupling—so please focus on static strength, deformation, and, if you judge it helpful, a brief modal check for natural frequencies. This is a single part, not a building, bridge, or aerospace assembly.
You will receive:
• the clean STEP file of the component
• loading diagrams with magnitudes, directions, and boundary conditions
Your job:
• import and clean the geometry, create a high-quality mesh, and document your mesh-independence check
• apply the supplied loads and constraints, then solve for von Mises stress, principal stresses, displacements, and safety factor
• prepare clear contour plots and result tables suitable for a design review
• hand over the editable ANSYS project files together with a concise PDF report summarising assumptions, settings, and conclusions
Acceptance criteria:
1. Maximum element quality >0.8 and convergence demonstrated.
2. Stress hot-spots and deflection limits called out and discussed.
3. All files open without errors in ANSYS 2022 R2 (or newer).
If material data are required beyond what I send, please highlight the gaps and propose reasonable values so I can confirm before you run the final solves.
