ANSYS RC Beam Structural Model

Job ID: 40138166

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need an ANSYS finite-element model of a simply supported reinforced-concrete beam that I can use directly for structural analysis studies. The model must include:

• Complete material properties for both concrete and steel reinforcement
• Accurate cross-sectional dimensions, including clear cover
• Explicit reinforcement detailing (bar diameters, layout, and spacing)

Please set the boundary conditions to reflect a classic simply supported configuration and apply a representative service-level load so that I can verify reactions and mid-span deflection when I run the analysis.

Deliverables
• Original ANSYS Workbench (or APDL) file with all geometry, mesh, loads, and constraints fully defined
• A brief note or screenshot set explaining the modelling assumptions, element types, and contact settings so I can reproduce or edit the setup later

Acceptance criteria
• Model opens without errors in the current ANSYS release
• Mesh quality meets default ANSYS diagnostics with no distorted elements
• Reaction forces and deflection values are reasonable for the applied load case

Keep the workflow transparent—no hidden parameters or encrypted macros—so I can adapt the beam size or reinforcement pattern for future studies.
