Vb.net 4.0 webform Stripe api Apple Pay

Need a simple single page web form in Visual Basic .net 4.0 that uses stripe api to create payment intent in code behind, fire JavaScript to mount Apple Pay button and call a vb function in code behind on successful transaction passing in all data returned from stripe. Need to be developed in a test environment that can be verified with stripe via ssl. Project can’t use stripe.net you must use stripe api and dot net 4.0
