WordPress Developer for Apartment Rentals Site

We’re looking for a WordPress Web Developer (Short-Term Project)

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a simple, conversion-focused website for apartment rentals (10–15 units, max 17).

This is a practical implementation project — no overengineering, no custom systems.

WordPress (latest version)
Booking system: Vik Booking, other engine or other solutions ( cost effcient as, we are not a big company)
Apartments: 10–17 units
OTA sync via iCal (Airbnb & Booking.com)
Payments: Stripe (no WooCommerce)
Language: English only

Home page
Apartment listing page
Individual apartment pages (photos, availability, booking CTA)
Contact / inquiry form

Design
Ready-made lightweight theme (Astra, Blocksy, Kadence or similar)
Responsive (mobile & desktop)
No custom UI/UX, no animations, no branding work

Deliverables

Live, working website
Configured Vik Booking (or other)
OTA calendar sync working correctly
Stripe payments enabled
Short usage instructions for the client

Out of Scope
Multi-language websites
WooCommerce
Custom booking engines
Hotel / enterprise systems


Requirements
Solid experience with WordPress
Previous experience with Vik Booking (or similar booking plugins)
Experience with OTA synchronization

Ability to work independently and follow clear specifications
