Web Development & Debugging Assistance Needed

I'm in need of an experienced developer who's proficient in a range of technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Stripe, PHP, SQL, and XAMPP.

Key Issues:
- **Login Functionality**: I've encountered a problem where the user isn't being redirected to their profile page after logging in. This issue needs to be fixed promptly.
- **Shopping Basket Functionality**: The project also involves fixing several aspects of the shopping basket. I need assistance in:
- Ensuring a message is displayed when the same item is added to the cart again, thus preventing duplication.
- Maintaining the cart products even after the page is reloaded.
- Implementing a capability where the number of items in the cart icon increases on addition and decreases on removal.
- Integrating Stripe payment functionality into the shopping basket.
