Update Stripe Integration from Sources API to Payment Intents API in PHPProBid Website & Add Recurring Payments Option
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need to update the Stripe integration on my PHPProBid website. The site currently uses the deprecated Sources API, which is now causing non-card payments to fail. In addition to fixing that, I want to add support for recurring payments, with the ability to toggle the feature ON or OFF from the admin panel.
Currently if I try to make stripe payment for non-card options like iDeal, SEPA I get the error: "The Sources API has reached end of life. In order to continue processing your non-card payments, you will need to migrate to the Payment Intents and Payment Methods API."
Scope of Work:
1. Migrate from Sources API to Payment Intents and Payment Methods API
o Ensure non-card payment methods (e.g., SEPA, iDEAL) are supported and functional
2. Implement Recurring Payment Support
o Use Stripe Subscriptions to enable recurring billing (e.g., for listing fees, memberships, etc.)
o Must be integrated cleanly into PHPProBid's payment flow
3. Admin Toggle for Recurring Payments
o Add a setting in the admin panel to enable or disable recurring payments site-wide
o When disabled, the system should fall back to one-time payments only

• Azure DevOps access for code deployment/version control
• Admin credentials dev website to configure and test changes

• Experience with PHPProBid script.
• Looking for someone with preferably experience in Stripe API (Payment Intents & Subscriptions),
