Transfer datas to Stripe payments

We have enrolled offline clients and we need to manually charge them on Stripe by direct debit.
We have their Name and their IBAN.
We need you to make a page that will import their Name and IBAN from an excel file, and will create payments on Stripe.
Email addresses will be generated according to their name. And physical addresses can be found from ibancalculator.com
Please place your bid accordingly, so we dont need to discuss the price again.
