Stripe Payment Expert for Ecommerce Website

We are going to implement Stripe on our website.
There are buyers and sellers on the platform.
Sellers upload items, and buyers purchase them,.
Any users can be both sellers and buyers.
Once users deposit money to the website, they will have onsite balance.
Following is the flow of payments.
Deposit -> Stripe Checkout -> Look For Items -> Add Items to Cart -> Checkout with Balance
User Lists Item -> Item is bought -> Seller gets withdrawable balance (already adjusted for the fees) -> Seller can request withdraw with Stripe via Stripe Account or Bank Account
You need to use Stripe Connect.
Stripe payment implementation is just needed to be done on frontend, and the balance is just needed to be saved on the db by using Laravel backend.
