Stripe Connect specialist needed for UK sports coaching SaaS. Need coach onboarding without existing Stripe accounts, invoice payments, coach payouts, platform commission/application fees, webhooks, reconciliation and payment status sync.

I need a Stripe Connect specialist to complete the payments architecture and implementation for a UK-first sports coaching SaaS platform.
My platform already has coach profiles, athlete/parent users, bookings, billing and in-app coach invoices. The next step is to integrate Stripe so invoices can be paid inside the platform.
Key requirements:
1. Coaches should not need an existing Stripe account
2. Use Stripe Connect, likely Express or embedded onboarding
3. Create/onboard connected coach accounts
4. Collect required coach verification and payout bank details
5. Enable parents/athletes to pay coach invoices through Stripe
6. Allow my platform to take a platform commission/application fee from payments
7. Enable coach payouts
8. Sync payment status back to my platforms invoices
9. Use webhooks for paid, failed, refunded, disputed and payout-related events
10. Support reconciliation and reliable audit/payment records
11. Start with UK coaches and UK payments
12. Advise on the best Stripe Connect payment flow, for example destination charges or separate charges and transfers
I need someone who can both advise on the correct Stripe Connect setup and help implement it cleanly, securely and in a way that can scale later.

The platform is built in Base44 with React/JSX-style app code, so I need someone comfortable integrating Stripe Connect with a modern JavaScript SaaS application and backend/API functions.
