Stripe Connect Dynamic Split Setup

I need help configuring Stripe Account to enable me to collect payments then deduct my fee and send the balance to the retailer/supplier. I must have control over the pound note value of what is sent to retailer/supplier. send payment to split payments, with the option to change amount in pound notes and or percentages. The splits must be dynamic—calculated at checkout according to both the order amount and the product type—so each transaction automatically routes the correct share to the relevant connected accounts.

Scope for now is focused and lean:
• Configure Stripe Connect (standard or express accounts—whichever fits quickest).
• Implement the logic that decides the split based on the two stated conditions.
• Provide a concise code snippet or webhook sample that shows how the split rules are triggered.
• Supply a short setup guide so I can replicate the flow in my test and live environments.

No need for UI polish or edge-case refinements at this stage; I’m after a working foundation that proves the dynamic split works. If we like the result, I’ll have follow-on tasks for more advanced rules and reporting.

Experience with Stripe’s API, webhooks, and Connect payouts is essential.
