Stripe Chekout Integration

I have a legacy website running on IIS and want to change from my existing payment gateway to Stripe and need to implement server side to :

Create a Checkout Session (I can generate the checkout session JSON from existing basket)
Receive the Checkout Session (I can then integrate it in with existing backend)
