Provide help with Stripe API development, Stripe CLI and testing webhooks (using Bubble.io)

I simply require a Stripe developer / guru to assist me in understanding how to setup and test API's + test the webhooks etc using the Stripe CLI, also referencing bubble.io is the tool I'm integrating with.
I see this as training, simply assisting me through using the CLI and testing / initializing integration topics.
Estimate for 3 hours worth of training.
Persons applying MUST be subject matter expert in Stripe integrations, Stripe CLI, and related development process / requirements.
+BONUS if they are familiar with custom integrations using bubble.io
+Must be able to provide this training in Australia working hours.
