Professional Stripe Account Setup

I run a service-based business and already have a Stripe account, but it needs a full, professional configuration from top to bottom. The priority is to make sure every customer interaction—whether a one-off card charge or a recurring plan—runs smoothly without me touching the dashboard each time.

Here’s what I need you to handle:

• Payment processing – create and test live and test-mode payment flows, webhooks, and fraud-prevention settings.
• Subscription management – build plans, coupons, trial periods, and automated dunning so recurring revenue is bullet-proof.
• Invoicing system – brand the invoices, automate tax calculations, and sync payouts with my bookkeeping tools.
• Pricing tiers – review the few tiers I already drafted, refine them for clarity, then add any missing options so customers see an easy, logical upgrade path.

Acceptance is simple: I’ll walk through a card payment, start a subscription, and receive a proper invoice without errors. Analytics in the Stripe dashboard should clearly separate one-time sales from recurring revenue, and all webhooks must pass the Stripe CLI tests.

If you have additional Stripe features or integrations you recommend for a service-based model, I’m open to implementing them now rather than later.
