Payment setup for receiving payments and performing payouts to workers

I'm looking for assistance setting up payment processing for receiving payments and performing payouts to workers. I'd prefer to use debit/credit card or Bank Transfer as the payment method, and I have specific requirements for the setup, such as automating payouts and generating invoices. It is urgent, so I need this setup to be done as soon as possible. I already have a website for my business where workers sign up and onboard with their account details, but I am yet to integrate this with a payment platform.
