We are planning to build an e-commerce website using Medusa, and we need an estimated price and timeline for the project.
General requirements:
1. The website will have around 5 main categories.
2. Each product type may have different custom fields/requirements that the customer must fill in before placing the order.
For example, some products may require account details, notes, quantity, preferred options, etc.
3. Standard e-commerce features:
- Products, categories, variants
- Campaigns, offers, discounts
- Order management
- Inventory/stock control if needed
- Dashboard and analytics
4. Marketing integrations:
- Meta Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
- Snapchat Pixel
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
- Tracking must be implemented correctly to avoid duplicate events or duplicate orders.
5. Payment integration:
- Stripe payment gateway
- The order should only be confirmed after successful payment.
- The system should handle failed payments, pending payments, and payment issues properly.
6. Order tracking:
- Customers should receive a tracking link for their order.
- The customer should be able to see the order status and updates.
- The admin/team should be able to update the order status from the backend.
7. Staff permissions:
