Install and configure Laravel script on our server, connect Stripe, enable live streaming, and update to latest version

Overview

We have purchased a Creators Content Script on codecanyon (Laravel 12, last update 08 January 2026). We need an experienced Laravel developer to fully deploy it on our hosting, configure all required services, and confirm everything works end to end.

Scope of Work
1. Pre install checks

Confirm the server meets requirements and configure if needed
PHP 8.2+
MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3.17+
Required PHP extensions enabled
FFMPEG installed and working
PHP config set as per documentation
max_execution_time minimum 12000
memory_limit 900M
post_max_size and upload_max_filesize aligned

2. Upload and install the script

Upload all files inside the Script folder to the correct web root (public_html or www)
Create database and database user
Import the provided sponzy.sql file
Run the installer at /install/script
Confirm the admin panel is accessible and login works
Set basic admin settings and confirm the site loads with no errors

3. Configure cron job and email

Set the Laravel scheduler cron to run once per minute
Ensure queued emails, renewals, and video processing tasks run correctly
Configure SMTP email settings inside admin and test actual delivery

4. Configure storage and uploads

Confirm uploads work for images, video, audio, and multiple file uploads per post
Confirm permissions are correct for required folders and .env
Confirm video encoding pipeline works using Coconut or FFMPEG based on our setup

5. Stripe payments and Stripe Connect

Connect Stripe in test mode first
Configure Stripe webhook correctly using the required endpoint ending in stripe/webhook
Test full payment flow end to end
User subscribes successfully
Payment appears in Stripe dashboard
Webhook events fire and update the platform correctly
Test creator payouts via Stripe Connect Express setup
Then switch to live mode after successful testing

6. Live streaming and calls setup

Set up Agora.io correctly as per documentation
Create a new Agora app configured for Live Stream use case
Add App ID into admin panel for Live Streaming and Video Calls
Test public live stream
Test private live stream behind subscription
Test video call and audio call features end to end

7. Security and system essentials

Set up Google reCAPTCHA v2 Invisible and test registration and login forms
Confirm GDPR cookie banner is enabled and functional
Check basic hardening such as .env protection and no debug mode in production

8. Update to latest version of the script

Perform the upgrade using the official Upgrades folder instructions
Update to the latest available version included in our package
Confirm the update does not break payments, streaming, uploads, or cron tasks

9. Deliverables

a) A fully working production deployment with all key features tested
b) Stripe subscriptions and webhooks working in live mode
c) Stripe Connect payouts tested
d) Live streaming and private live streaming tested
e) Video and audio calls tested
f) Cron job verified working
g) Email delivery verified
