We’re building a streamlined booking platform designed for service businesses, starting with residential cleaning. The focus is on a smooth customer flow, simple admin controls, and staff notifications — polished enough to impress buyers, but lean enough to scale.

Core Features (Phase 1):

Customer Booking Flow: 3–4 steps with Stripe checkout (supports single jobs, multi-date, and basic recurring). Instant confirmation via email; optional WhatsApp/SMS integration.

Service Setup: Core packages (e.g., standard/deep clean), property details that scale price/time automatically, and optional add-ons.

Admin Dashboard: Manage bookings, services, customers, and revenue snapshots. Reschedule/cancel with notifications.

Staff App: Mobile notifications for new/updated jobs, job details with one-tap directions, and completion status.

Onboarding: Quick setup wizard with demo data, light branding (logo/colors), and a hosted booking page.

Extras: Promo codes, customer profiles, basic reporting, export, and embeddable booking widget.

Out of Scope (Phase 1):
No heavy analytics, affiliate systems, or deep white-labeling yet. Focus is on reliability, speed, and a clean launch.

Acceptance Goals:
Book a job in under 2 minutes, process payments, send confirmations, manage schedule changes, and notify staff seamlessly. Multi-date and recurring flows included.
