Finalise Stripe payments flow

Hi,
I have an React App that will charge customers using payment element (https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-element).
This is working, however I will need some assistance to finish off the flow. I need to complete the following:
1 - Save customer payment details for next purchase - so they do not need to re-enter their payment details.
2 - Add listener events for payment complete and payment failed. For success I want to create an order record in the database, and for failed I need to update a record in the database.
