Connecting a Stripe account with web app

I have a fully developed web bank app in php programming language and I would like to use Stripe connect to create the ability to transfer funds between them

I'm looking for someone with experience in integration with Stripe API so we can start the project

I have document for connecting a Stripe account with the app (bank) accounts, It will guide you exactly how to do it
