Backend & Stripe Integration

Summary
I’m looking for a developer to take a set of frontend pages I’ve already created and connect them to a working backend. The product is designed with a clean, minimal aesthetic inspired by Untitled and similar music-oriented platforms, so simplicity and clarity in the user experience are very important.

The work will involve setting up authentication with Google/Apple login (using Clerk or NextAuth), building a Postgres schema with Prisma (users, projects, proposals, deals, messages, disputes), and wiring it to the frontend. A major part of the project is implementing secure Stripe Connect integration to handle an escrow-style flow: funds deposited, held, released, or refunded, with webhook handling and transaction records.

You’ll also need to build APIs that power proposal submission, acceptance, and declination, and ensure project states update properly across “open,” “in progress,” “completed,” “cancelled,” and “disputed.” In addition, there’s a need for a simple real-time chat between two parties (Pusher or Socket.io) that supports file uploads, with the agreed proposal pinned at the top for clarity. A lightweight admin interface should also be included to view deals and disputes and allow manual resolution through force release or refund.

The final step is deployment and handoff: backend deployment tied to the existing frontend on Vercel, Postgres on a managed host such as Railway/Neon/Fly, Stripe in test mode, and clear documentation so the system can be maintained easily. I will provide all frontend pages, design tokens, copy, and requirements documentation. What I need is someone who can connect these pieces into a secure, production-ready build with excellent communication and documentation throughout.
