Strategic Planning Project Consultant Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for an experienced strategic-planning consultant to step in whenever a new initiative emerges at Montrose-Invest (montrose-invest.com). Each assignment will focus on shaping, scoping, and documenting projects that strengthen our portfolio across three recurring themes: business-growth strategies, risk management, and operational efficiency.
You’ll work closely with me and our investment team, turning early ideas into clear, actionable programmes we can present to stakeholders and execute with confidence. To keep every project consistent and board-ready, I’ll rely on two core deliverables:
• Detailed reports – clear problem statement, analysis, recommended direction, and KPIs
• Implementation roadmaps – phased actions, owners, timelines, and quick-win milestones
