I'm seeking an experienced freelancer to help me with strategic planning for a new project. The project requires SWOT Analysis, Goal Setting, and an Implementation Strategy, to develop a long-term vision, mission, and operational plans, as well as making any necessary revisions. I'm looking for the project to be completed within 1-3 months.
