Senior Leadership Visioning Facilitator
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
We’re planning a Strategic Planning & Visioning Workshop for our senior leadership team at CN Water and are looking for an experienced facilitator to help design and run the session. The workshop will be conducted under management’s direction, but we’re seeking someone who can drive the process, ensure every voice is heard, and guide the group toward a shared, actionable vision.
The core objective is simple yet critical — to co-create a clear, collective vision while managing the dynamics of senior personalities and encouraging genuine participation rather than passive agreement.
What matters most is your ability to weave together group discussions, interactive activities, and focused breakout sessions that keep the energy high and thinking fresh. The day should feel engaging, structured, and purposeful — with each exercise building toward a tangible strategic output we can act on immediately.
If you have a proven track record guiding C-suite or director-level groups through visioning or strategic alignment sessions, we would love to see an outline of your approach and a sample artefact from a previous engagement.
