Scalable HR/Job Architecture Consultancy
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
## Looking for a Senior Job Architect / HR Systems Architect
I am an entrepreneur building and scaling multiple businesses. My goal is to create strong organizational structures that support sustainable growth instead of becoming a bottleneck.
I want to avoid the most common causes of stagnating and non-scalable companies, such as unclear responsibilities, inconsistent job titles, duplicated roles, weak reporting structures, missing career paths, poor position management and HR systems that cannot grow with the organization.
For this reason, I am looking for an experienced **Job Architect** who can advise me and help create a scalable blueprint for the HR module of our own ERP system.
The expert should clearly explain and define:
* Job Title
* Job Description
* Job Profile
* Job Function
* Job Family
* Job Subfamily
* Career Track
* Job Level
* Job Grade
* Position
* Role
* Position Assignment
The consultant should also explain the differences between a job, position, role, headcount position, employee and organizational unit.
### Key questions
* How should these objects be structured and connected?
* How do large, internationally scaling companies design their job architecture?
* Which structural mistakes cause companies to stagnate?
* What are the relevant best practices and proven models?
* What are the must-haves, nice-to-haves and clear no-go practices?
* How should job architecture, organizational structure, career paths, competencies, compensation and position management work together?
### What I expect from applicants
In your application or during the first interview, I expect you to demonstrate your expertise directly.
Please explain:
* What do most companies get wrong when designing their job architecture?
* Which common practices would you deliberately avoid?
* What would you always do differently?
* What defines a self-scaling organization?
* Which structures, rules and management systems enable an organization to grow without becoming increasingly dependent on individual people?
* What must be introduced, reviewed and continuously maintained to ensure that the organization remains scalable over the long term?
* Which warning signs indicate that a company is beginning to stagnate?
* How would you prevent job architecture and organizational structures from becoming outdated, inconsistent or overly bureaucratic?
I am not looking for generic HR terminology or theoretical answers. I expect practical examples, clear recommendations and evidence from projects you have personally completed.
### Project goal
I need:
1. Practical training on job architecture
2. Strategic consulting and ongoing guidance
3. A complete functional structure for our HR module
4. An entity-relationship model
5. A data dictionary with entities, fields and relationships
6. Status, approval, governance and versioning rules
7. Workflows and practical use cases
8. A clear implementation blueprint for our software developers
The final result should not be limited to a presentation. It should be a technically usable specification for a scalable, multilingual and internationally deployable ERP and HR system.
Experience with Job Architecture, Position Management, HRIS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is preferred.
Please briefly describe:
* Which comparable job architecture projects you have completed
* What mistakes you identified and corrected in those projects
* Which specific deliverables you can provide
* Whether you can provide training, consulting and technical documentation
* Your hourly or project rate
* Your availability
