Product manager's presentation for international conference.

Job ID: 39866879

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m shaping a high-stakes, international-level business presentation competiton for senior executives and industry leaders.
The presentation will focus on how we’re working across the organisation to solve critical business challenges and drive innovation with impact.

Tracks
1. Let’s Collaborate – How we’re working across the organization to solve challenges for our business.
2. Disruptive Innovation – What processes and technologies allow us to innovate with impact and build organisations that continuously challenge their own assumptions.

Deliverables
I’m seeking 2 submission on both tracks compelling, executive-ready storyline concepts, each of which includes:

A 45-minute presentation headline theme (title + framing narrative)
Section-by-section flow, typically:
Problem statement
Organisational approach / cross-functional collaboration
Solution narrative
Differentiator / innovation highlight
Traction / measurable outcomes
Roadmap / scale impact
Call-to-action

Key data points or visuals to spotlight (high-impact graphs, metrics, or frameworks)

Brief rationale — why this storyline resonates with a global product manager audience (clarity, strategic relevance, innovation narrative, scale potential)

Panel - Evaluation Rubric:
Each proposed storyline should align with the following criteria:
Track Relevance (fits “Let’s Collaborate” or “Disruptive Innovation”)
Quality of Submission (structured, clear, and data-driven)
Business Value (demonstrates tangible outcomes or impact)
Innovation (showcases forward-thinking or disruptive elements)
Creativity & Engagement (memorable and emotionally resonant)
Scale Impact (shows replicability or global relevance)

What I’ll Provide:
Slide template and format constraints
Brand and visual identity guidelines
Any core content, data, or stories you can build from

What I Need from You"
A set of polished, concise storyline frameworks that inspire business confidence from a product manager perspective

Strategic framing, not just slides — think launch narrative or transformation story
A sample outline or past example of product or innovation storytelling you’ve done

Example1 Concept: (For Reference)
Theme: “Breaking Silos, Building Synergy: How Cross-Functional Collaboration Became Our Innovation Engine”

Track: Let’s Collaborate

Flow:
Problem – Teams optimized for speed but not alignment; innovation was fragmented.
Solution – Formed a “One Mission” squad model connecting Product, Engineering, and GTM under a unified customer metric.

Differentiator – Used a live digital “innovation dashboard” connecting insights from support tickets to roadmap priorities.

Traction – 40% faster release velocity, 3x higher feature adoption rate, and measurable cost efficiency across 5 markets.

Roadmap – Extending the model to partnerships and external ecosystem collaboration.

Call to Action – Build organizations that collaborate as ecosystems, not hierarchies.

Rationale:
Executives resonate with transformation stories that demonstrate alignment + measurable business value. This concept speaks their language: efficiency, customer impact, and organizational design for scale.

Example 2 :

Career Transitions: From Diverse Backgrounds to Product Leadership (From engineering to Product management)
Headline Theme:
“From Engineer to Strategist: The Evolving Journey into Product Management”

Core Narrative:
Product management attracts people from every discipline — engineering, design, operations, finance. Each brings a unique perspective. This session explores how diverse backgrounds shape better PMs and stronger product cultures.

Section Flow:
Problem: Product management has no fixed path — and that ambiguity often intimidates newcomers.

Approach:

Highlight the transferable skills from other disciplines (analytical thinking, storytelling, empathy).

Share frameworks for learning customer discovery, prioritization, and influence.

Differentiator:

Real stories of PMs who transitioned successfully — what helped, what didn’t.

Outcomes:

Broader perspective in decision-making.

Stronger cross-functional empathy and collaboration.

Roadmap:

Build structured onboarding and mentorship for career changers.

Encourage “rotational PM” programs to upskill talent internally.

Call-to-Action:
The next generation of PMs won’t be defined by their past — but by how they learn to connect business, customer, and technology.

Why it resonates with executives:

Highlights talent development, leadership growth, and organizational agility — key for any company competing in fast-changing markets.
